Working remotely and the changes to physical onsite access requires a different approach to using external resources, and is set to become a standard business practise.
HOW WE ENGAGE
After our initial online meeting we will do some preparation and arrange a more in-depth discussion that will:
- Outline the area they want to work on with a high degree of success
- Work through the digital engagement (techniques, standards, rules, methods, differences,)
- Define the objectives and outcomes
- The why and the ‘burning platform’ this area / objective needs to address?
- Define who will be on the team and what the roles are
- Establish team protocols and governance
- Verification of understanding of MS Teams and data management
- What successes will look like for the scope of work
